Menu for Deloitte Greenhouse

Katja Gruijters has designed three themed menus for Deloitte Greenhouse in Amsterdam, in corporation with Deloitte Greenhouse and Compass Group. The themes that are expressed in the menus are connection, transition and future-tech. In this project, food design is used to stimulate the senses and will support the workshops given by Deloitte Greenhouse. The menus are implemented within Deloitte Greenhouse Amsterdam in October 2019.
