Creative with plant-based food

You can make more with vegetable protein than a mere veggie burger – that’s the message that Katja Gruijters wants to spread by developing food items based on vegetable proteins. She showed examples of these during the Green Protein Summit. Katja served as moderator and speaker, as well as offering visitors a taste of veggie bites from her design studio.
