Seaweed Atlantica

Seaweed is the ingredient of the future. A small seaweed producer asked: ‘How can I make my product accessible for a wider audience?’ Katja Gruijters did her research and discovered that seaweed is an excellent meat substitute. She chose ‘freshness’ as the chief message, and a new, fresh and modern series of products was developed. Commissioned by Libra Export, 2011.
