International workshop Healthy Pleasure Mexico

In a 5-day masterclass at CENTRO | Diseño, Cine y Televisión in Mexico, students developed a new food or snack concept focused on healthy innovation. They worked with Mexican quelites (native edible plants) and other local ingredients, from conceptualisation to prototyping.

During this week, the students answered questions such as: How can designers contribute to health and sustainability in food? How can we design healthier eating patterns? And how can we do this for all Mexicans?

The students worked in multidisciplinary teams with passion and energy, and learnt how design can contribute to health and sustainability. Thanks to José Antonio Sada and Tania Hernández Guerra for their assistance, and to CENTRO | Diseño, Cine y Televisión for their trust and invitation.
