Studio Katja Gruijters in Designer 100

On 8 November, the book Designer 100 | Food Design was published at the FUTURE FOOD Shanghai International Conference.

The +86 Food Design Association, a design community focusing on the food design sector, invited 100 food designers, artists and creative chefs for this book; 50 Chinese and 50 internationals. They were asked to showcase their inspiring projects to draw more attention to food design, which is relatively new in China.

I have been working in food design for over 25 years now, and I am delighted to see that it has grown into a mature profession.
