Albert Heijn – Food forecasting
Studio Katja Gruijters developed food forecast Health, Taste & Plant-based for national grocer Albert Heijn. She presented this to a group of curious AH stakeholders, giving them a glimpse of the future with high-quality plant-based innovations at both product and ingredient level.
During her presentation, Katja Gruijters discussed the many possibilities that plant-based innovations bring. She also gave examples of novel foods and promising ingredients – for the short and long term.
Using a visual presentation and forecast tasting, participants were able to taste and experience the trends. They enjoyed an inspiring meeting, which will hopefully lead to great new products on shop shelves.
